Our Services

The trusts we administer are part of a comprehensive structured settlement providing the settling parties a mechanism which relieves the burden of managing medical bill processing and payment on a post-settlement basis. As a third-party adminstrator, we review and pay expenses billed to the the trust. These ongoing expenses are those that are included in the allowable benefits section of the trust agreement as previously negotiated by the settling parties.

Investment management is performed by select Trust Banks, allocating assets to coincide with the projected expenditures over the beneficiaries life expectancy.  By outsourcing the duties of claims administration and investment management, the settling parties are relieved of these time-consuming responsibilities going forward. This results in a focused, coordinated effort towards the medical care attention of the injured individual.

Our Trust Administration services include:

• initial orientation with beneficiary or guardian with ongoing communication
• coordination of benefits with government programs and other insurance 
• medical equipment and service resource coordination
• medical bill review for  coverage determination 
• medical bill review for appropriate charges for services rendered 
• cost-containment procedures including prescription management coordination
• authorization vouchering to bank trustees for timely provider payment
